I have found that ConnectWise is the best product for support at a good price.

I have found that ConnectWise is the best bang for the buck for remote support options..It is a solid, reliable experience for support.

I love this product

I love this product. It's very easy to configure and use. We use it primarily to connect to our servers and provide access to vendors to their systems internally. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend ConnectWise to anyone needing this type of functionality.

Cost affective and Feature Rich.

Cost affective and Feature Rich; Both for the little guy and for large operations. While the market is flooded with products that all do ticketing and remote access. I find ConnectWise the least expensive both to buy and use. With the least amount of time intrusion on my business.

I love ConnectWise Control, but...

I love ConnectWise Control (ScreenConnect. It's by far the best remote support solution I've ever found. Unfortunately, in an effort to promote their hosted solution, those of us who pay for the in-house solution have had features removed which are still provided in the hosted solution, and it has caused major problems for us. I can't upgrade to the last 2 years of major upgrades (which I've paid for without losing hundreds of man-hours of work I've invested into creating my own extensions. ...

Let me start by saying that our Connectwise Sell has been significantly broken for the last 3 months with no ETA for a fix. With Connectwise Manage, when they released the ability to customise invoice templates, it was literally 6 months, perhaps even a year later before they fixed a bug that meant we could actually start using them. The QA testing has been poor at the best of times for new releases, with CW Sell in particular being buggy as anything. Generally the products are good. I ...

I have been using ConnectWise for about…three or so years

Though it has other features, I use it almost exclusively to connect with clients remotely to provide them with WordPress training and to diagnose issues or concerns they experience when they are trying to perform a task in WordPress.
