Highly recommended for all remote support needs
Easy installation across domain, great tool to provide desktop or mobile support, with dynamic screen refresh-rate/resolution that provides responsive remote access in WAN poor/contested areas. Highly recommend for solo to large IT support services and or as an internal support resource.

Great service
Great service! Great Company! We were with a competing company for a long time, and were paying more for an inferior product. Connectwise is fantastic! I highly recommend them to anyone who needs to remotely access computers.

ConnectWise is wonderful
ConnectWise is wonderful. Very user friendly, even for the not so tech savvy users (me--haha. I would recommend this program to anyone looking for a reliable and safe connection mode. Very fair pricing for the product provided!

lots of extra fees for everything
lots of extra fees for everything, hard to get onboard, mobile access is horrible. if company doesn't use a dispatcher it's super difficult for techs to clock in when they start a job at a client.

While connecwise is a good product, there is room for improvement to integrate and customise
While connecwise is a good product, there is still room for improvement.For a big price customers pay, the features should be built in instead of using third party plugins.Support is reasonable.While customisation is available but there is not enough to customise for individual business requirements.Overall it’s a good product but still room for improvement.We contacted sales team to ask about connectwise control, but they never followed up and missed a big sales opportunity. That was shame.

Great multi-platform remote support solution
ConnectWise Control is a really great multi-platform remote support solution. Unlike a lot of competitors who are limited to Windows and MacOS, ConnectWise supports Linux, ChromeOS, Android and iOS. You also have the option to install the solution in your own infrastructure, or subscribe to a hosted version in the cloud.

Fast and reliable. The only thing I do not like is that you have to jump through so many hoops if you need customer support.
