Unintrusive and bomb-proof.
Creating sessions in is easy. A browser and an internet connection; it gets no easier than ScreenConnect. Some odd quirks in sending admin credentials (but for security reasons. Support is responsive and thorough. The software is not intrusive, as the target user must initiate the session. There are other, more intrusive ways to remote to machines, but ScreenConnect will be our go-to solution for bomb-proof, secure, remote assistance.

ConnectWise has been a critical partner for our business for over 10 years. I'm not saying we could not do it without them, but we certainly would not be as profitable if we did not use their products and services. Basically, their people and their company culture make all the difference.
