Changing price but remove productsWhile you had a product and licensing for your needs, license you pay high the first year, after 3 years they totally removed support for some of their products. So, you just paid for 10 years, and had only 2 and a half.Never trust them.

Major lack of innovation on the core…
Major lack of innovation on the core product. Just simple things like making fields mandatory all but impossible. Manage product needs a ground up rewrite.

Awesome product
Awesome product, I am able to support 330+ PC's in 5 different locations with 8 buildings from any PC, tablet and even my cell phone. This is a must have for any IT department that has 100+ PC's and multiple building and locations.

Great product for remote connection
Great product for remote connection, client support, and group presentations. I have not had to use their support very often, but when I have needed them, they have been outstanding!

Linux support is mediocre
Linux support is mediocre. It used to be better when it was still Screen connect.

Set and forget...economical
ScreenConnect has been our always-on remote control product for years. Configure, set and forget...very reliable. The fact that we own our seats and server and have continuous use and can leverage the previous investment if we need more seats makes it a good choice for us dollar wise too.

Have been using it for years without any trouble.
I've been using ConnectWise for several years now. It has always worked well for me and my customers. I can't remember ever having any kind of problems with it. It was well worth the price I paid for this software.
