Solid product - support adequate

We use Connectwise Sell with an integration to NetSuite. There are some complexities in our business that Connectwise Sell handles better than NetSuite in the quoting process. Support tools have been adequate.

Without a doubt the best

Without a doubt the best, cleanest, easiest solution I've tried over the past 20 years in IT support. I purchased the onsite product for 2 technicians 5 years ago and it has served me very well, some great features like quick connections, preview of remote screen, notes, software version on remote screen, chat and time line. I really couldn't do my job properly without it. I've tried many others including Teamviewer, Splashtop, Anydesk, Logmein etc

Good job by tech support. My problem was solved quickly by changing the video driver on the host.

Not as good as Teamviewer but the price…

Not as good as Teamviewer but the price was excellent. The downside is that it requires Java to be installed on both machines and most browsers have Java blocked. So far the only browser that I can get it to work with is Pale Moon.

Seems as of late every time we need…

Seems as of late every time we need anything from connectwise it either takes days or doesn't get responded at all until we bomb them with tickets. Far from what I remember connectwise support to be but i guess this might do with people they laid off since the sale.
