So much easier to use that LogMeIn! Would highly recommend for anyone that uses a remote access software to switch to ConnectWise now!! The connection seems instantaneous. Just click and you are there! Great service!!

Easy to use and reasonably priced! Meets all my remote needs.
What do you like best? I can easily connect with clients who need help. It is NOT difficult for them to connect, which was a concern with a previous program. Connection is simple and NOT time-consuming. They do not have to be computer savy to connect to a support session. I am amazed at all the features available for the price. My clients see me as a "miracle worker" because it enables me to quickly get into their computer and address problems they are unable to fix. What do you ...

Buyer Beware!!!
We're a very small company. So when costs were discussed, it was only a small amount per employee. Right!!!We're finally ready to go live after taking all these courses, conference calls, etc. So your warranty is over by the time your verified!You want to create a PO???Oh, you have to add sales to your dashboard! $2500 extra!Today we find out if you want invoice templates created??? $3500 extra!!On conference calls, nothing was ever mentioned when we talked about templates we would ...

IF YOU ARE THINKING ABOUT BUYING THIS AS A CRM SYSTEM YOU SHOULD READ THIS REVIEW BEFORE BUYING. They lack so many features which is necessary, I had complained several times until I got no response from their customer care service. They kept deducting $598 even when it wasn’t time for auto renew, their software introduced virus to all my computers and they requested that I pay for their antivirus which was a total scam. Reviews getting worse
As a long term customer of Connectwise, in the first years, I couldn't praise them enough.Recently, it's all about the money. We roughly spend circa £40,000 a year with Connectwise and for the last 5 years. However, for them, this doesn't seem enough to be classed as a valued customer. Money comes first, customer service last.For those wondering whether to join Connectwise, if you do, increase your budget by 30%, assume you will have problems and good luck!

ConnectWise Control simplifies IT
What do you like best? Ease of use. We direct clients to our customized portal and provide a code. I also love that we can stay logged in after a reboot. What do you dislike? Not much. It really does all we need it to do. Recommendations to others considering the product: Great Product. Keep using it. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
