We are happy with our subscription but want nothing to do with other products.

I really like the ScreenConnect features, but the constant "sales" to upgrade to the full scale business platform is not kind.

It's all about the money grab

It's all about the money grab, there is no real interest in listening to client's needs. Poor delayed updates. Slow to use. Terrible reporting, you need a degree to figure out how to build them and we never did.
