What do you like best? The ability to get more out of your day. Not wasting time on unbearably manual processes that will burn your reps out quickly. What do you dislike? The integration into salesforce was a bit bumpy. Definitely saw the need to develop sales ops to utilize to fullest potential. What do you like best? ConnectLeader allows you to maximize the amount of dials, and more importantly, connections you can make during your outbound campaigns. I've literally quadrupled the amount of connections I am making a week. What do you dislike? I'm not sure I would use the term 'dislike," but sometimes the transition can be a bit mistimed and awkward, but it seems to work out OK most of the time. What do you like best? I love the idea of automating emails and delivering more value for our customers. What do you dislike? I dislike the manual process of uploading people to cadence, but there should be a button from a lead view to solve this. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The problems I am solving with connect leader is manual tasks like sending emails and making calls. More time to do more selling.

What do you like best? We don't have much time throughout the day on our sales team because we have a lot of potential customers to follow-up with - ConnectLeader allows us to accomplish a full day of prospecting in just a few hours and the setup team is wonderful.
