What do you like best? The service for ConnectLeader was extremely easy to work with and provided a ton of best practices which made it very easy to implement while still learning the application. What do you dislike? Not much. ConnectLeader has a few limitations with Salesforce but intime these enhancements will come forward. No blockers by any means. It makes calling numerous prospects more efficient.

What do you like best? You are able to make hundreds of calls without having to manually enter each number. What do you dislike? There is a little bit of a delay when prospects answer the phone so the first few seconds of the phone call are either awkward, or they hang up on you. What do you like best? ConnectLeader and the use of PersonalDialer was able to expand my reach greatly as it is helpful in reaching out to prospects efficiently and at a large scale. What do you like best? ConnectLeader's pre-recorded voicemail function was unbelievably helpful in sounding clear and precise, but it also saved me hours of work!
