What do you like best? The ability to upload a list into the system and it'll auto-dial for you. I can get through ~110 dials in 1 hour (assuming no one answers What do you dislike? The voicemail feature - pre-recording the voicemail was not easy. Also had to make sure that you selected the proper voicemail greeting that you wanted to leave. Best team and progressive dialing tools we've found so far (after 15 years of trying!)

What do you like best? We've been able to use ConnectLeader's Personal and Team dialers to increase our hourly dialing cadence from 2-3x and 8-10x. This has had a measurable impact on productivity and positive ROI across our business. What do you dislike? We are able to keep our team lean with their team dialer - our SDRs are making at least 1K dials a day and exceeding their booked meetings goals every sales period, which keeps our AE's pipelines full.
