What do you like best? I really like the fact that I can increase my pick up rate. I disliked how it would randomly disconnect at times but other then that, works great! What do you dislike? I dont really have anything I dislike about connectleader. My experience has been great. What do you like best? Has a great look and feel to it. Auto-Dialer is very effective to get people on the phone and the ability to edit your intro is very useful. What do you dislike? Importing lists and data sometimes gets tedious, especially if there is some bad data included. Easy to use, effective way to reach out to a large segment.

What do you like best? I like being able to not only quickly reach out to a large audience but when I do connect the integration with sales force makes it very easy to see who they are, what org they are from, and any possible past activity we might have had that I can refer back to. Great Dialing Tool with Good Customer Service

What do you like best? The integration with Salesforce works great, we're able to rely on Salesforce's ad-hoc reporting tool to target exactly the right set of contacts. I also appreciate some of the new integrations with tools like Salesloft. I also really appreciate their support team, which is very helpful and responsive. What do you dislike? Time Saver

What do you like best? You don't have to sit through the queue's and listen to all the menu options while making the calls. What do you dislike? Occasional delays or get put through to the wrong person. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Allows you to contact more people faster.

What do you like best? ConnectLeader adds value on a daily basis by allowing me to reach more people at scale in a shorter period of time. As well as allowing myself and my team to not get behind during times of the year where we are juggling lots of different events as well as leads in conjunction with the normal flow of marketing qualified leads. What do you like best? I enjoy the fact that the majority of my day is now preparing call lists and custom content for prospects instead of battling against gatekeepers and phone trees. Additionally the drop a voicemail feature allows me to "personally" touch more prospects than I could before.
