What do you like best about Confluence? The confluence is like a book that you can easily navigate. What do you dislike about Confluence? Nothing really. SInce all through out it's been a big help for us. Most special when training days. What problems is Confluence solving and how is that benefiting you? When training days, it is so helpful for us to open it like any other book but more convinient.

Its cloud based and really easy to use once you get to know its little quirks, much easier than managing and intranet, and great for collaboration with in teams and department and easily links to other systems What do you dislike about Confluence? "Confluence for file sharing"
What do you like best about Confluence? Sharing files with other staff and customers is easy. What do you dislike about Confluence? Hard to know how it works the first time. What problems is Confluence solving and how is that benefiting you? It benefits because we no longer have to send files by e-mail for projects. All the file management and sharing is there.

"Very easy to navigate as our knowledge database"
What do you like best about Confluence? I like how the spaces are categorized. There is a search function per space; if I can't find the article I need, I can also use the primary search function in the upper right corner of the page. I also like that we can leave some comments on the articles. The date on each article on when it was made, modified/updated, helpful for me. What do you dislike about Confluence?
