What do you like best? I have explored Confluence on my own. Designed the workflow for our documentation structure and designed it in such a way that it falls into our document development life cycle process. Good collaboration tool

Arrogant customer service - they don't listen

What do you like best? New editor is pretty slick and fast for basic pages What do you dislike? A lot of functionality has been removed from the editor. If you're making complex documentation pages, it's not a good choice. The product management team come across as aloof and uncaring. Used to be good, but now most of the functionality has been removed.

What do you like best? I used to love Confluence, I wrote most of my pages with wiki markup, but now I'm constantly finding that I just can't do things that were simple in the past. What do you like best? In many cases, Confluence is a complete collaboration application for companies with different page layouts for many different project types. It is a simple and accessible information source, especially for the newcomers and interns. Since it is a cloud-based solution it is also suitable for people who work abroad. Great tool for document collaborating and with team members

What do you like best? I love the collaboration feature. Sharing ideas by providing web document URL to team members. Getting their input and uploading files for sharing as well. What do you dislike? What do you like best? The software suite works amazingly to hold and arrange information in a methodical manner. Multiple pages, hierarchical structure and links within pages is a must have when there is a lot of interconnected information to be shared across teams. What do you like best? It helps for in Webinars. The documentation made by this is excellent. And ofcourse, the mobile version is perfect. What do you dislike?
