Dynamic wiki to store information securely

What do you like best? - integration with JIRA which helps users to specify issues and it connects to JIRA or any other page of confluence - access rights can be given based on space or pages What do you dislike? - adding huge tables to the pages is not very user friendly -there is no option of bulk delete of pages and sub pages al together. it takes lot of time of delete a page with so multiple sub pages and if a page is deleted first, all the child pages shift to above ...

Great tool for product ownership documentation

What do you like best? The UI was easy to pick up on how to use and their templates for each document were very helpful. What do you dislike? formatting a blank page is a real pain in the butt. Also, the navigation to pages can get really messy if people aren't careful where they create and move things. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We needed a document management system for Product Ownership

Team Tool for everyone

What do you like best? simple yet very feature reach environment for teams (small or enterprise size) What do you dislike? you choose to go BIG > make sure you can afford it... Recommendations to others considering the product: Very good and cheap for a small starter team with room to grow. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We managed to consolidate all notes in one place and have them to hand when required for ...

Easy to use collaboration software

What do you like best? The best thing about confluence is its dynamic ability to create multiple pages with ability to insert tables, create task on team members, apply filters on tabels etc. Ability to create documents and download in word is big plus point. Users can even create flow charts just like MS Visio. It is a complete package to manage team and also create documents thus reducing dependence on ms word and ms visio. What do you dislike? One particular thing to point ...

Very nice tool for team collaboration

What do you like best? Confluence provides a workspace for the team to collaborate and share information. You can create workspaces and then add pages and document any information like study material, project information, meeting notes, personal notes etc. For projects, the overview and go-by study material can be kept and thus, can be seen by anyone in the team whenever required. You can create nested pages i.e. page trees to store information in a hierarchical way. You ...

Great tool for Collaboration

What do you like best? We use this for our Safe Agile process, best parts are shared calendars, Sprint Retrospective boards, Additional documentation for Feature refinement. Confluence is easily one of the tabs I refuse to close, since I need it on a daily basis. The seamless linking with Jira is very helpful, makes juggling tickets/epics/features much easier to tag notes and plan out. What do you dislike? Interface is not super intuitive. I sometimes lose my place, or can't ...

With a lot of customisability also comes a lot of training and customising. But this is only limited to the amount you choose yourself What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Team and company wide collaboration on documentation

Helpful Knowledge-base

What do you like best? I am on the user end of Confluence, specifically use it for Wiki. I like how it is easy for us to search for articles generated about our Internal Teams. It is nice because in our day to day we need to troubleshoot with customers and we are not a walking encyclopedia of all the processes and details of each department... as such having Confluence and the myriad of articles actually makes our day to day more efficient. The answers are at our fingertips with just a ...

Tool for internal documentation

What do you like best? Confluence is a corporate wiki solution that does what it says on the tin, it lets companies manage their internal documentation in a reasonably easy manner. What do you dislike? It is clunky and hard to navigate for large organisations. The UI seems outdated and isn't very intuitive. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Internal documentation of software engineering workflows and tooling.
