Excellent collaboration tool for building a knowledge base

What do you like best? Very easy to install in your local infrastructure or to deploy on cloud. Because Confluence is a mature software wide used you don't get any critical bugs making this a reliable solution for communitary collaboration. What do you like best? I like that confluence has all the tools in an easy to use interface. Aging Wiki that unfortunately is the best of the worst at this time

What do you like best? It has all the basic feature of a wiki. It does integrate half decently with JIRA. A lot of enterprise people are familiar with it, making it a useful communication between engineers and product owners/managers.
