Strong Product, Great Customer Support
What do you like best? Everything on their platform is configurable, so as an Admin I have a lot of power to make lots of adjustments to what the users can see and do on the platform. They have provided a free or easy fix for almost every issue that I have brought to their attention. I also like their ticketing system, it's helped me ensure that their are no open action items on my side. Configure One is the ultimate in user control and the support is second to none!
What do you like best? The ability to completely build out the product/interface/BOMs/documents/outputs, etc. completely, by our own internal team. What do you dislike? Great Application That Help For Productivity And Profitability.
What do you like best? Our customer can configure the new entity without difficulty and can continue to support Autodesk and Configure one with high standard.
