"Easy and functional"

What do you like best about ConexED? I think that ConexED is a great medium for 1 on 1's. Great interface, and plenty of tools to use. What do you dislike about ConexED? I wish there was a way to better review/read shared documents, and windows. Shared documents are not easy to enlarge to read well enough. Recommendations to others considering ConexED: Use a big screen What problems is ConexED solving and how is that benefiting you? Getting information in a more efficient way.

"Easy to use platform that allows captions as well as screen sharing to occur."

What do you like best about ConexED? The most helpful thing about ConexED is that you can send links through the chat and they will be pulled up in a browser tab. Having the link automatically pull up a tab is a lot quicker than copying and pasting. It saves time :) What do you dislike about ConexED? I dislike how sometimes if your connection is bad, ConexED will kick you out of the meeting room and say that the server could not be found. What problems is ConexED solving and how is that ...

"Hard sometimes"

What do you like best about ConexED? It is excellent that they already set up, and I don't have to make a new curriculum. However, I still like to do myself. What do you dislike about ConexED? I like CANVAS best because it is easy to work. ConexED that I could not fix it. Sometimes it is a glitch, but Often I ask IT to fix it. What problems is ConexED solving and how is that benefiting you? Sometimes the video at the Gallaudet platform freeze. I had to reboot once in a while.

What do you like best about ConexED? I enjoy the screen share option. It is productive. What do you dislike about ConexED? I wouldn't say I like the camera box being small. Recommendations to others considering ConexED: It is a great program. In my opinion, it is more helpful and efficient than zoom. What problems is ConexED solving and how is that benefiting you? I have solved several problems, such as working on worksheets without a supervisor having to stay in the meeting the entire time.

What do you like best about ConexED? I like that I am able to meet with people so easily and with the peace of mind that my privacy is protected. What do you dislike about ConexED? Nothing to complain about,the service is excellent. What problems is ConexED solving and how is that benefiting you? I am able to meet with my counselors as soon as possible as opposed to having to meet them in person.

What do you like best about ConexED? I like that it's convenient for students. What do you dislike about ConexED? I find the software glitchy if a student is not using a Chrome browser. I don't like the separate lobby for group and private sessions. I do not utilize this feature, and I find that feature cumbersome. What problems is ConexED solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about ConexED? I like how you can see all of the breakout rooms on one page What do you dislike about ConexED? With the whiteboards, I don't like how the whiteboards are only accessible by some people--it should be accessible to all. "Quick and easy method of connecting with a counselor"

What do you like best about ConexED? Honestly, the fact that I can seek help from home. What do you dislike about ConexED? That the counselors sometimes decide not to turn on their cameras. Some students may leave their cameras off; in that situation, I think it's okay if counselors leave theirs off. What problems is ConexED solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about ConexED? I really enjoy the ease of utilization of ConexED and how it provided me with crucial insight in order to communicate between classmates and professors. What do you dislike about ConexED? There was not much that I did not enjoy about the product. If anything at all, at times, the web browser for ConexED was challenging to navigate, but with a few site visits, it was more than efficient.
