How nice they are and how easy it is to use the platform What do you dislike about ConexED? would've preferred in-person meetings as opposed to online What problems is ConexED solving and how is that benefiting you? "Great User Interface"

What do you like best about ConexED? I like how the ConexED system is user-friendly and easy to learn. What do you dislike about ConexED? ConexED may take a while to load, but this might be more of a problem with my home internet. What problems is ConexED solving and how is that benefiting you? ConexED makes it very easy to set up appointments. I especially like the subtitle feature ConexED offers during a video call.

What do you like best about ConexED? I like that the audio is picked up and whatever you say is automatically typed into the chat box. What do you dislike about ConexED? I have no dislikes for it! If anything I think it would be cool to have the video chat recorded and sent to you in a email. What problems is ConexED solving and how is that benefiting you? I'm able to communicate one of one with my academic advisor for college and being able to save links in the chat is a big help

What do you like best about ConexED? I like the whiteboard because I can write anything on it What do you dislike about ConexED? I dislike exit meeting because I can't return to the page where our cards on it. Recommendations to others considering ConexED: Put some videos that show how the program is working. What problems is ConexED solving and how is that benefiting you? I used ConexED in tutoring and it helps somehow, but sometimes we have difficulties signing in.

On one occasion, a person I met with was having technical difficulties until they used Zoom. ConexED lacked Zoom's user-friendliness. What problems is ConexED solving and how is that benefiting you? Video calls through a browser have problems that are not present in video calls through software applications. There are a lot more things that can interrupt a meeting this ...

What do you like best about ConexED? I like how I am able to see the person and I can also share my screen with the person I have a meeting with. What do you dislike about ConexED? What I dislike is that it can sometimes be a little difficult to use at first but overall it's great. What problems is ConexED solving and how is that benefiting you? Being able to be in touch and discuss my plan with my counselor while using this program.
