"I use the system to manage my daily appointments."

What do you like best about ConexED? The system is easy to navigate and easy to use. What do you dislike about ConexED? The main issues I have experienced have been related to compatibility issues between Conex Ed and PC. When updates are made it is not automatically available on the PC. What problems is ConexED solving and how is that benefiting you? Problems solved. I am able to see data at a glance.

"Making Connections Out There"

What do you like best about ConexED? About the calendar setting , and seeing other’s schedule that I know I can always call them and ask if I needed something. What do you dislike about ConexED? Webcam chat, how my camera is small and other can adjust the size. I like the platform for sure. What problems is ConexED solving and how is that benefiting you? Communication with staff, students understanding when I am available or not.

"Reflections on being a ConexED user."

What do you like best about ConexED? Pretty easy for staff and students to use at my university. Great to have a product that allows students to schedule their own appointments through a website. Sends out reminder e-mail to students and provides staff with appointment information through Microsoft Outlook. What do you dislike about ConexED? "Nice People, the Platform Needs Work"

What do you like best about ConexED? The people in the office are very nice and great to work with. What do you dislike about ConexED? The platform has issues with reliability, instability or random things breaking that have no pattern for some reason. Lack of sufficient or thorough QA testing before releases. What do you like best about ConexED? Being able to schedule different types of meetings. What do you dislike about ConexED? Sometimes it doesn't sync with my Outlook calendar correctly i.e. I will make appointments for a certain period of time, but when it syncs it shows the appointment as indefinite in Outlook. What problems is ConexED solving and how is that benefiting you? The ability for students to schedule appointments without emailing me.

What do you like best about ConexED? It's more convenient than scheduling and saving appointments manually What do you dislike about ConexED? Even after years with the program, it's still unstable. They roll out new features which cause glitches in other areas of the program. The interface with Outlook is clunky and scheduling for students is confusing and requires SO many clicks. What do you like best about ConexED? There is the flexibility to customize the settings to department needs. The majority of the time it's reliable. If there are issues the company responds quickly to concerns. And, it's user-friendly. What do you dislike about ConexED? Not all features I'd like (and would also be beneficial to the campus) are available.
