Condo Control is easy to use for everyone. The setting up of residents is so quick and it isn't painful to do like other software. It makes me more efficient and my job less stress full.Their templates for announcements are really well done and the options for this software keep growing along with new expectations and requirements.

This is my review of the Condo Control Central software I use as Chairman of Fire & Safety for FCC43 - Deerfield Condo
I have used this system for 3+ years. I have made suggestions which have been incorporated into the software.I am the Condo Fire & Safety officer and this system allows me to quickly account for people in a fire or evacuation emergency. Individual owners record their information such as vacations and absences from the building and the system will give me a report of those absent.
