Intuitive, Easy to Use and Understand
What do you like best? I find the software intuitive and quite easy to understand and learn. What do you dislike? Nothing in particular comes to mind. I can't think of anything. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I like the reports on amenity usage. It is quite helpful with budgeting.

2020 Condo Control review
What do you like best? That we can do reports for the Board Meetings. What do you dislike? That there are glitches with the Electronic Notices when people have been made Inactive. Recommendations to others considering the product: It's worth trying out because they are always making changes to help the end user. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We just found out that the elevator booking can be Revised to another day and time.

One Stop solution for condos
What do you like best? The best thing that I like about Condo Control Central is the ability to perform multiple tasks in one portal. It allows condominiums to set up an online database for unit owners as well as give them the ability to provide services to the owners flexibly. What do you like best? The most helpful is logging packages and pass on logs for other colleagues to see. Most of the softwares do not offer that.
