A very time saving and consumer friendly app

What do you like best? I am primarily moving and traveling a lot during my worktime. I sometimes missed out on bills submissions and hence during quarter ends when the workload was high this was an additional activity that I used to do. With SAP concur the process became very simple as we moved to a mobile app , the bills were uploaded and the data is auto-populated which made it time saving and easy to submit claims for me. Great software for travel, ok for expenses

What do you like best? Before the covid pandemic this was one of my favorite apps since it made really easy to go from point A to point B, including airplane and hotel without needing to think a lot about it. In case there was an issue with something it was resolved in minutes. I hope we can use this feature again soon. What do you like best? Prodice a smooth travel and spend experience. It allows review and booking a flight to making hotel reservations. It allows to track points from rental cars, hotels too! What do you like best? I like the different integration there is on the app. I am able to take uber or lyft for instance and it is already synchronized in the app. Another great features is the mileage expense where you can enter address or companies and it can find the address automatically. The worst customer service ever

What do you like best? Nothing- this system and the customer support we the worst I have ever dealt with! What do you dislike? This system never was connected to our Quickbooks. I spent a lot of my time trying to connect it and it never worked. When I went to cancel our service that we NEVER used I was charged a 30 cancelation.
