Easy to use

What do you like best? I like that it takes you through step by step. It will literally walk you through what you need to do. What do you dislike? There are a few too many clicks in between what you start with and where you end. For instance, when putting in travel, you need to put in specifics on where you're going, how much you think you'll spend on food, etc. I would rather have one part for travel, one for food allowance, etc. What problems are you solving with the product? ...

Not simplified and hard to use for first time users

What do you like best? I like the look of the program, it is better than what we used to have before. What do you dislike? I dislike how busy it is, how many fields I have to populate, how many pages I have to go through in order to complete a travel form, it looks like a nightmare. What do you like best? The way the page is set up, it's pretty straight forward and that's what I like. What do you dislike? The way the receipt options are uploaded.
