Awful Product & Customer Service
What do you like best? The ability to import document (word, pdf, etc. was great, concordnow could easily convert them into a signature format very quickly. The renewal reminders was a great feature, but the overall UX was awful. The UX was a constant battle with ConCordNow, it's highly difficult to use, the systems gets you thinking about what to do next because the architecture of the overall system hasn't been planned logically for users.
