What do you like best about Concept 3D? Concept 3D is always available to help when needed. What do you dislike about Concept 3D? Some glitches on IOS at times, but they try to fix them quickly. What problems is Concept 3D solving and how is that benefiting you? Guiding our users to specific materials and places.

What do you like best about Concept 3D? The map is very user-friendly for students and visitors of the NMSU Campus. What do you dislike about Concept 3D? The cost to render out or fix buildings is quite high. There is little control for clients in this regard. Labeling was made easier for buildings but not roads. What problems is Concept 3D solving and how is that benefiting you? This is helping students find their classes and student services.

What do you like best about Concept 3D? Everything is pretty easy to use! They are pretty available to answer questions. The look of the campus map is beautiful and translates well to print, however we had to do this pretty manually. Would be nice to have more help on connectin an overall map strategy. It can be complicated. I also love that students have the flexibility to navigate a tour as they wish - no hard starting or ending point. It's pretty flexible. What do you dislike about ...

What do you like best about Concept 3D? Great flexibility in creating customizable maps. The way finding still needs a bit of work as it sometimes creates route through walls but overall a great product What do you dislike about Concept 3D? Wayfinder is still a bit not perfect. What do you like best about Concept 3D? Beautiful map! Mobile-friendly. Great experience for the end user. What do you dislike about Concept 3D? Terrible UI for editors, very difficult to make changes What problems is Concept 3D solving and how is that benefiting you? It is helping prospective students understand what our University has to offer and how to find their way around. It is also reducing the need for other offices to create maps.
