What do you like best about Compport? The best part about the tool is the completely thought through functionalities built in, that are required for the effectively managing compensation increment cycles. Moreover the team is flexible enough to accomodate all the change requests with a very quick turn around.

What do you like best about Compport? I used the 'Employee Survey' module of Compport, which was so easy and efficient to kick off and execute the whole survey process. I had access to live analytics while the survey was ongoing and unlike other tools I did not consume any time to prepare survey outcomes/ graphs, all were done automatically by Compport.
