I have emailed numerous times to no avail...I am disappointed and will not use them as there is no trust in their service or back end...as they say and claim to have....pathetic they are....

What do you like best about Commun.it? For Twitter, it seems to mostly work. The interface seems straight forward enough, and it has some value. When using for free, it has a lot of value. If I was looking just for a Twitter management platform rather than being led to believe it's a multi-platform management tool, I may have had a completely different view of it.

Problems with cancelling trial membership

I cancelled my trial before it expired, but was still charged for a year of Business plan and the company is ignoring my messages completely (not responding in any way). Reading the other reviews here, I can see I'm not alone. Stay away from this website. Edit - I received my refund and was given 6 months of free Business plan to make up for the experience. I've changed my review from 1 to 3 stars and may revise it again as time goes by.

Terrible

Terrible. Tried the 14 day free trial, tried to cancel on day 3 and have not had one response from them. I have sent 6 requests, and two twitter messages. Reporting them as this company is misleading with marketing messages. You can’t even remove your account details as they block you. I’ll be calling my bank today to block them.

What do you like best about Commun.it? Commun.it provides my marketing team with the ability to easily target potential followers while allowing them to better understand who and what to follow on Twitter. The dashboard is robust with solid information on common social metrics.

Very bad service, Fraud alert! Runaway...

Last November 2019, I joined to Commun.it service. I thought to try the "Business Plan", thanks to the possibility to ask for refund as posted on their web site "Start your 14-day unlimited FREE trial Today and SAVE. No obligation, no commitment". The conclusion? During the trial period, I was not satisfied with the service, thus I decided to ask for money back. I followed the right procedure to ask for the refund, but, evidently, they had absolutely no intention of fulfilling my request. ...

What do you like best about Commun.it? I like the organization commun.it allows for twitter accounts. It takes care of all the red tape for me. This frees me up to make my messages personal and keep my followers engaged with my content.
