What do you like best about Commun.it? It is a tool to build relationship by providing insight to the Twitter community. It helps you manage multiple profiles, and influence and manage multiple factors. The tool also provides free analytics and manages your community and reports.

Used to be a very good service i used a lot, then it all went downhill . How to ruin a product in a few weeks, get acquired by soemoen whose focus is only to shut you down I guess . Now feels like the long term plans were set up to scam

These asshats collect answers from…

These asshats collect answers from responders all the way to the end of the survey, then claim they have too many responses and deny payment. If they had too many responses, they should shut it off before, not after collecting answers. Complete fraud. Dont ever answer their surveys.

Unresponsive support tickets and service has gone downhill

Like many others, I'm trying to cancel my account but haven't received any answer to my many support tickets. They don't let you have the option to cancel your subscription yourself, you have to send a support request in order to cancel. Because I have little to no confidence that they will actually respond to my cancel requests, I've had my bank to stop any automatic payments. My renew date is approaching soon, I hope that I won't be charged.

Are they out of business

Are they out of business? I'm now left with a $199 bill because they won't post my receipt and my company won't reimburse without it. DON"T USE! Something happened in 2020 and it's no longer a good service. They even stopped monitoring their own TWITTER account for complaints. Sad day. I'd love to know how to report them for fraud.

"Preparing Your Dashboard" and hangs

I have been unable to access my commun.it account for three weeks. Attempts to access my account generate the message "Preparing Your Dashboard," and then hangs. I have contacted tech support multiple times with no progress. Today, I submitted a request to cancel my account. If you read a positive review of commun.it, check the posting date. Commun.it is not what it was.

Like so many others

Like so many others, I keep getting charged for a service I have repeatedly asked to cancel. I get autoresponder messages from zendesk regarding the unanswered request to cancel service. According to the linkedin profile for commun.it, it is "Managed with love by co-founder @SharelOmer." I looked him up on twitter and he was busy with a launch of some other service (affogata).
