What do you like best about CommandBar? CommandBar takes an innovative approach to user adoption and enablement. It all starts with a user's search and actions, but that is just scratching the surface of what Command can do. I also love how responsive and fast-moving the CommandBar team is. They are true partners in improving your product.

What do you like best about CommandBar? I love all of CommandBar’s integrations. Zendesk connection is amazing to get help content in-product with semantic search that performs well on user queries. We used the backend search integrations to set up CB as a universal searchbar. We use both the analytics integration and the out-of-the-box analytics to evaluate how our nudges, questlists, and surveys are performing.

What do you like best about CommandBar? CommandBar is a no-brainer decision to buy vs. build. It's super easy to set up and maintain without spending engineering cycles. Their team is super responsive, collaborative, and always trying to help us help our customers!

What do you like best about CommandBar? CommandBar is a great universal search that can be integrated with all the features of our product. Also it helps a lot to improve the onboarding of new users allowing explore and setup shortcuts to quick trigger any action.

What do you like best about CommandBar? CommandBar has a bunch of different in-product experiences but so far we’ve only used nudges, questlists, and surveys so I can only comment on those. Overall easy to install into production (we used the npm package) and then I handed off to the marketing team to design the experiences. What do you like best about CommandBar? CommandBar helps our admins more effectively use Stacker. We offer our users a lot of functionality and sometimes that functionality can be hard to access. CommandBar is useful for both our power users and folks less familiar with our app. Shortcuts are a really nice addition for speed that would have taken us a long time to implement correctly ourselves.

What do you like best about CommandBar? It's quick to install and easy to customise - so much quicker than building it ourselves! They're always adding new features and making it better for our customers. The support is very quick and they really engage with their customers!
