Decent Product, Horrific Customer Service

I'm happy with the product itself, but their customer service sucks. Bought their basic edition for $49, file wouldn't upload to our Wordpress website. Contacted support, they wanted access to my FTP and admin access to our website. I said no, and to send me a file that works. Went back and forth for days. I made a PayPal claim, which they told me to remove. I told them to send me a working Cometchat file, and I'll happily do so. They finally relented. I was rather upset that after all ...
