As a new business

As a new business, it’s really frustrating because they did charge our credit card despite saying the charge is “on hold” until the influencer accepts. Then they do not automatically refund if the influencer declines. Also there’s no way to cancel or dispute an order if an influencer becomes unresponsive. I’m at the mercy of the contact email inbox. They need to make it easier for brands to pivot with their money when deals fall through. I’m waiting on about $450 in refunds right now and ...

5 stars from a Creator and a Brand

I've used Collabstr from both the Creator side and the Brand side! It is extremely user-friendly and has lead to some great relationships with creators/brands I wouldn't have been connected to otherwise. As a Creator, I do wish there was a way to pitch myself more to brands or apply in for campaigns. This could help with consistency of work through Collabstr :) All in all, I'll continue to use Collabstr for on both ends. Love the platform!
