Делал оплату на сайте и он перевел на ваш сайт. Я сделал ошибку в платеже и отправил меньше чем нужно было. После этого мне пришло письмо что я могу вернуть свои отправленные деньги обратно. Но получил я всего 60% от всей своей суммы. Открыл тикет, там мне сказали что все остальное комиссия сети бтц. wont refund because tx fees are too…

wont refund because tx fees are too high. referred me back to vendor who referred me back to coinpayments.net. Basically avoid at all costs. I wonder what happens to all the payments made that end up like this...

I made 2 exchanges

I made 2 exchanges, the money was debited but not credited. I wrote to the technical support service, she has not responded for 2 days. I don't know yet if this situation will be resolved.

Coinpayments does not protect buyers in any maner

Coinpayments does not protect the buyer from known fraudulent websites. They take your bitcoin and do not hold it in escrow until the sale is complete. Don’t get duped thinking they protect consumers in any way. Getting any contact with the company is impossible
