Avoid CoinPayments. Thieves
I did a coin conversion from XRP to BTC and had an issue. The conversion status says “Funds Sent”, but never received them as the new coin. It’s been well over a week now, I’ve filed multiple tickets with the info required and have only received automated replies that don’t pertain to the issue. The same email says to reply to it for a person to see it, which I did. Still nothing. Terrible Site
This is my second payment with them I didn't receive a refund for. First payment was around $2. they told me they can't refund because it's low amount and transaction fees are high, I said nevermind. Second Payment was for $14 and they didn't refund me, They said no payment was received while Blockchain showing transaction is confirmed. У меня пропали средства с этого кошелька СoinPayments! 12.12.2020 я зашел в свой кабинет посмотреть мои вложенные на кошельке средства. Но на кошельке их не оказалось. Транзакции переводов от 7.01.2020 не отслеживались куда были переведены средства. Кроме создателей и поддержки данного кошелька никто не мог перевести мои средства, т.к. при двух факторной авторизации мне не приходил никакой код на почту для входа в кабинет. До сих пор я не могу связаться с службой поддержки.
