Stole my money, would not return

Payment didn't confirm within a 24 hour window that they set and they would not refund the money after it confirmed due to the amount being 'too small' (~£10).

I bought an Amazon card for 200€ and never get Code, only message about successful payment.Support doesn't give a f... And ignore my E-Mails, it's a joke for me, I reported it to the police, let's see what gonna happen.Never gonna use this f.... wallet again!.

BEWARE

They basically stole my money. The support had attitude of a russian mob. I have never experienced that total unhelpful and arrogant support in my life. Especially when my issue is something I could fix in 10 seconds there. Unfortunately, I cant do it for them right. edit: I did not send you the case where I had the problem. I also already talked to your support and described my experience here. I have written this review not to continue talking about my issue with you, but to let others know.

Avoid CoinPayments at all costs

Avoid CoinPayments. They charge a hidden fee for refunds by rounding up tx fee

They round up transaction fees on refunds to 0.0004 btc. Who has ever heard of a fee to receive a refund beyond the usual transaction fees? Ridiculous. Lost a third of my payment in total. EDIT to reply: As we discussed you charge more than the TX fee to simply issue a refund. Exchanges charge .0005 withdrawal fee but you are a payment platform not an exchange and this was a refund not a withdrawal. The most obnoxious to use wallet

DO NOT USE. I was just trying to use this to pay for my HiveOS subscription and I have ended up locking funds which I can only take out if I top up separate wallets and paying more fees than the money I put in the first place!
