What do you like best about CoinPayments Wallet? The wallet is very easy to use and it has all the features I need What do you dislike about CoinPayments Wallet? Nothing that I am aware of - all's been very good so far What problems is CoinPayments Wallet solving and how is that benefiting you? I definitely love that their processing fees are so low. And all transactions are complete super fast. So I don't need to wait for a bank to approve it or anything like that

You know, I would put a rating of 3.5, but since this rating can not be put, I will set 4 stars. Why - I will describe in the paragraphs below: 1) Recently, there have been constant delays in sending a notification to the store that the payment was successful. The user's transaction has confirmation, the payment page says that the payment is completed, and the buyer can not download the digital product. I was literally 3 cents short on paying…
I was literally 3 cents short on paying for an order that was 62$ total through Overstock. I guess I didn't have enough to pay for the network fee, which wasnt ultimately clear. I tried contacting Overstock about this and they dont care / keep saying I need to contact CoinPayments. When coin payments sent me the bitcoin back it was short 20 some dollars. Ridiculous. For a transaction that was short 3 cents they keep 1/3rd of the total payment?!?! Wow. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY.

Complete scam
Complete scam, avoid at all costs. They run a "communal wallet" This means that their fees are stupidly high, they cannot refund you if something goes wrong, and straight up just steal any funds that you are owed giving excuse after excuse. No commercial payment system should behave like these guys. I hope that when regulation comes in that these will be first to go. Edited to reply to coinpayments. Scam artists, avoid! I deposited money into the wallet to pay for a website subscription, unaware of the astronomical transaction fees. $50 worth and their transaction fees are even higher then that so it was a complete loss and they are unwilling to help out at all. Reply to coin payments comment: Your response is not factual. You say you charge .5% of a total transaction? Then why on my transaction of .0004 btc was I required to pay .0005 btc (about $30). I agree with many other reviews here this service is of little or no use if you are dealing in small or even medium size amounts. The fees are are crippling.
