You don't deserve a single star. Thieves and scammers. Transaction timed out and cancelled for reasons based on my location but you have refused to refund me over 2 weeks now. THEY JUST SUCK
THEY JUST SUCK! Had a client deposit $20 into my account and I have been unable to withdraw it because of a long list of excuses. Either the exchange fee is too high or their withdraw minimum is too high. Support legit sucks and this company cares less about their clients and more about THEIR Wallets!

THEY JUST SUCK! Had a client deposit $20 into my account and I have been unable to withdraw it because of a long list of excuses. Either the exchange fee is too high or their withdraw minimum is too high. Support legit sucks and this company cares less about their clients and more about THEIR Wallets!

Very efficient support
I made a mistake while doing my transaction and lose my coins. I contacted the support of CoinPayment who answered me in 20 minutes on a sunday and I get my founds back in the same day. Very efficient staff.

Our company has been using CoinPayments.net since January 2018 and we've never had any issues with them. Out of 984 orders made through the platform so far, 4 left neutral feedback, 3 left negative feedback, and the remaining 977 left positive feedback. Those three negative ones weren't anything CoinPayments.net did wrong, that was a temporary issue with our email server not delivering products to customers (or their email provider incorrectly reporting our emails as spam). Now I remember why I left Coinpayments 2 years ago. KYC this bad on a supposedly Decentralized Exchange coupled with the extortionate fees was a really bad move for what was once considered a great service. Not anymore.Update to response received: You may not be decentralized as a business but the currency you are transacting is.
