Terrible Support
Terrible Support, terrible system. Update: Account got blocked, because KYC failed. KYC has been done last year or something, in the meanwhile my ID card has been expired. So i had to do KYC again. Sumsub.com, their provider for KYC, thought we're scam and refused any verification. Yes, we did business with coinpayments.net since three years, did have really huge amounts of revenue, now they just refuse any help. Great, thank you. CoinPayments.net is a scam
CoinPayments.net are selective scammers. One moment all is fine, the next they steal half your money. Support is the worst ever. They will just say 'fees'. No it is not. 50% fees is not normal, especially not on random transactions. No option for complaints either. Stay as far away as possible.

Good for E-Commerce, But Bad Fees
I've been a user of CoinPayments for years and I liked initially the idea to support cryptocurrency on E-Commerce websites using Payment gateways. I've integrated CoinPayments into one of my websites and have so far no problems with it. However, when it comes to withdrawals or paying on a shop using CoinPayments, their fees & minimum withdrawal amount is terribly high. coinpayments is scam. Closing user accounts without any information or explanation when there is money in them. No response to ticket for 80 hours. It is a scam company that blocks social media as well. Definitely do not use fraudulent and thief coinpayments.

You don't deserve a single star. Thieves and scammers. Transaction timed out and cancelled for reasons based on my location but you have refused to refund me over 2 weeks now.
