Poor service and dumb managemenet
My client asked me to use CoinPayments. I paid using the automated check out system. CoinPayments then sent me an email saying I overpaid. They demanded I send them $70 in eth (gas) to get a refund of $90 in eth. I had several refunds owed to me. Instead of batching them, they demanded several small eth payments for each refund. Do not put your crypto in this platform!!!. The withdrawal fees are INSANE. First I thought that their wallet is like any other bitcoin wallet(around 0.5$ fees per transaction) then I learned the hard way.
