I have never had a worse experience dealing with any online company Crypto or otherwise. Lucky for me I only deposited a small amount first up ($1000) to see if all went smoothly. It has been 9 days and still no money showing in my cash account. Initially it was showing in my reserved balance but I couldn't trade with it, then it disappeared from there as well. Potential Fraud Time for Class Action

I deposited funds normally, they sat pending in CoinJar (CJ) bank account for weeks, totally unavailable to me to trade or withdraw. CJ support are refusing to process a return of the funds. They deleted my first review

They deleted my first review. I now can't access £300 worth of funds because 1) the price shot down as they held my coins, causing me a loss. 2) still after two weeks I only get one response from multiple support requests and still don't have access to my funds.

Support service from CoinJar is now really useless and frustrating for users..

At first the support was okay..it has now become really poor service from them as it take 3, 4 or 5 days to get a response. I even convinced my wife to join CoinJar,as I said they were good..but after she has waited over 3 days (and still counting??) to simply getting ID verified she has decided these are not worth dealing with, owing to such a poor response when looking for support..makes me feel a bit foolish now for recommending CoinJar!!

Horrendous customer service

I’ve never had so much trouble opening and account anywhere else. After weeks of trying to open the account I finally managed to do it. I have verified myself, use 2 factor authentication and sent them my bank statement. With all that after trying to make a deposit, my money is held in pending state for over two weeks now and customer support is just inexistent. I started using CoinJar in 2017. Whilst difficult to comply with the electronic identification, usage of the system after that was easy and seamless.
