They spread this false news that the…
They spread this false news that the bad comments and reviews they get come from their competitors and this is not true, who thinks is very false. I personally lost a huge amount of money to these guys. I almost went crazy. Exactly about 2 weeks after my trial with them, I tried to use the recommendation from someone in the comments section that I would forward my complaints to intraresource.com and see, I could get all my money back in less than 48 hours

Easy and quick to setup
Easy and quick to setup. I tried other Bitcoin exchanges in the past and CoinJar is by far the easiest. I also like CoinJar Exchange which has 80% lower fees than The CoinJar app.

No customer service
I have been trying to log onto my coinjar acc since 4 Jan 2021- I couldn't get in as I have moved country since I last logged in a few years ago so the mobile number for my two step verification is no longer in use. I have sent multiple emails asking to delete the two step verification- to no avail- it is now 11 days later - this is very bad service- can someone please tell me is there another way of contacting them besides the 'support@coinjar' email address. Thanks

My issue was resolved, not as quickly as I would have liked, possibly due to being over Xmas, but it was resolved satisfactorily within a reasonable time period.
