I have not been able to log into my account for 5 days now. I have logged my complaint for support to no avail. I have followed their guides to a tee to work through the issues. I feel as though my account is compromised and CoinJar do not care. They rate a 0 for their customer service. I want my deposited money and I will go elsewhere.

No issues here!

Really enjoying CoinJar to date, finding my way round the platform has honestly been a pleasure. Clear & concise interface with no frills. Deposited Funds as explained are delayed to start with, but thereafter materialise within a few hours. Just a shame they have to waste their resources, responding to so many attempted fake reviews!!!

SPAMMERS!!!!!

SPAMMERS!!!!! These people are spammers I gave my email to this company and they are the very first company using bitcoin I have ever given this particular email address to and within 24 hours I started getting for the 1st time ever on this private address. It's real heavy duty relentless stuff too all bitcoin, investment, and all these "we tried to deliver a parcel" etc STAY WELL AWAY!!!!

Customer Non Service!

I have been using coinjar for about 3 years, buying small amounts of BTC (what I can afford) then transferring to my cold wallet to be safe. Four days ago I tried to purchase some more BTC but my account for some reason will no longer allow me to deposit fiat nor can I withdraw the small amount of BTC in my account. Missing BPAY funds

Pro: app has user-friendly interface Con: no support although money missing. I used the BPAY option to pay a bill to a company on January 12th. BPAY takes 1-2 business days to clear. On the other company’s end, the money has not shown up. They have at least looked into it. I have logged a ticket with Coinjar to investigate that everything was sent correctly. Coinjar app says they will try reach you in 2 business hours when you ask for support. Haven’t heard a word from the support team. Now ...

Instant deposit with PayID and two-factor authentication are another two key user-friendly features. But recently I was so frustrated and disappointed with the customer support. They spread this false news that the bad comments and reviews they get come from their competitors and this is not true, who thinks is very false. I personally lost a huge amount of money to these guys. I almost went crazy. Exactly about 2 weeks after my trial with them, I tried to use the recommendation from someone in the comments section that I would forward my complaints to intraresource.com and see, I could get all my money back in less than 48 hours
