So i deposited through Coinjar bank…

So i deposited through Coinjar bank transfer, yesterday looking to receive the money in account as btc is rising.... 1-2 hours they say.Then they hit me with i need to take a selfie with id and saying coinjar and the date.So another Pending transaction...seems like a trend by all your reviews, what is this all about. very dissatisfied with this. has anyone every experienced this? i only signed to this platform as has great reviews. But your reviews are going down. no wonder why... Look at ...

I tried to join CoinJar but has taken forever!

I tried to join CoinJar but the process has taken over 20 days and the verification process is still pending despite promises of response within 24 hours...I have opened a service ticket and haven’t received a reply from that either. I have also tried emailing support but email was returned with a notification that the address could not be found or unable to receive email. I am on here to see if this is a scam. If legit, CoinJar will be losing loads of customers.

Unable to get my money out of my account!! Not replying to my emails!!! Don’t be fooled, there is no Phone service, you need to get a customer number from an email to actually talk to someone, which you never receive. keep away from this site.

Very tedious to setup, but so far so good otherwise

Jumping through the 25+ security steps to set up a Coinjar account is an absolute nightmare, almost endless sign in here, approve this sign-in with an email, approve that email with a text, approve the text with another email, it seems like you're going round in circles. Getting ID verified took a couple of tries as well. Once finally verified, adding a bank account took around a day and I've now been able to extract crypto into physical currency, something other sites have promised but ...

Too Slow

Deposited Money around 4/5 days ago and still been on pending ever since. 3 separate message to customer services and nothing heard back. EDIT: Money has been credited. I understand that things are a bit slow at the moment with Covid etc, but an easier method of customer service would be better. Happy I got the money and good to use after that.

BE WARY OF THIS COMPANY

I have been wanting to get some of my investment and waiting to be VERIFIED for over 2 weeks now and still nothing. Have emailed them and also notified customer support several times with no response what so ever!! APPALLING SERVICE!!!

AVOID THEM, terrible service, can’t get my money out... Despite transferring original funds directly in from my account, AND a second time just to please them, they still haven’t verified my account over two weeks later so I can withdraw some funds. Terrible platform, they will take your money

Terrible platform, that provides no response to support requests. I have had a bpay payment pending for over a week with no response as to why they haven't processed it and its not available to me. I was recommended by a friend for this site and now I wish I had read these reviews as they clearly just want to take money but not provide the service, blatant theft of money.

Terrible customer service

I'm a new member to coinjar and I really liked and still do the website the design and how easy it is to use. I previously made 4 o 5 deposits ranging from between £200 and £1000 and after the first deposit taking a while, my money was always in there 2 or 3 hours after. I recently deposited £200 on Jan 19th. Its still pending and no response from the customer support team even though I've raised more than one ticket. Shame because I like the site but will obviously now have to go elsewhere ...

BEWARE!!! 25 DAYS AND STILL WAITING ON SUPPORT!. I have used coinjar since 2018,l. After not touching my account for a while they upgraded their app and the authenticator no longer gives the correct code so i cant log in. I started a support ticket 25 DAYS AGO! they have since asked for further security information which I quickly replied with. It has now been another 17 Days!! Since then without any response. They obviously dont care about exsiting customers, only about getting more money ...
