It took far too long to gain access
It took far too long to gain access to CoinJar and as a result I wasn't able to take advantage of the recent surge in prices. I joined a competitor to CoinJar instead as it was a much simpler process.

Have money locked in and can't transfer it out. It doesn't give a reason why just to contact customer support. I did. This is the 2nd time I have. Before the surge and interest in trading on this company took 4 weeks to reply so I'm guessing that my funds are going to be tied up longer than that. I appreciate your issues but to be brutally honest it’s been about a month since trying to validate my account. If we are talking customer service the problems should be yours not mine. It’s hardly fair even though I only have a small amount invested that I am unable to respond to the market because of your inability to respond to my request in a timely manner. I have to say it does make me nervous as to your authenticity and validity as an operator.

I have been using CoinJar for two…
I have been using CoinJar for two months now. The signup instruction are clear if you bother to read. The only downside is the 1% transaction fee which is high but again it’s been communicated upfront. The apps has clean and clear interface which I appreciate, hope to see the coinjar exchange feature soon. So far so good.
