Provided bank details for verification…
Provided bank details for verification and informed "you will here from us within 24 hours"...not a word in 5 days! Contacted the support team and no response. I then try to log in and my password is no longer recognised. Shambles of an organisation and I am fearful that I have sent my bank details to a rogue organisation!
