I'm very pleased with the support I get when I have queries via the website. However, I would appreciate it if I could access details of my deposits and purchases to assist me in preparing my tax return. I got them when I asked for them, but it would be great if I could access them myself, as I can with Bullion Vault in London. If Coinjar could explain to me how I could do this, I would give them 5 stars.
