No support whatsoever

I have about $50,000 in various currencies on CoinJar. I have been trying to transfer some of these coins to another wallet for the Past 2 weeks. I keep getting the message to contact support. I have sent 2 messages via the app support tag and 2 email via my gmail and had no response whatsoever. I used CoinJar because it was an Australian company but I am so disappointed. Swap to another wallet - Very very dissapointed

I used to love Coinjar and referred it to everyone. I have tons of referral points, but for the last couple of months, I've been at my wits end trying to withdraw all of my BTC from Coinjar. Why? The bit coin transactional rate is very high higher then any other Wallets The market value is not correct I’m a CoinJar account holder and I have sent a proof to the trust pilot. The percentage of crypto currency is not Increasing within the margins of the current market price. I feel that there is a hidden charge that is not mentioned. To buy crypto currency from CoinJar is cheaper than the other but the crypto does not increasing within the margin of the current market price

Perfect app for novice traders

This is by far the easiest way to trade investments. It has a lot of the main interests and reasonable trading fees. It has very high security which can mean a few hoops to jump through before you can start trading, but once you're up and running you're set and the hoops give confidence in their security. Customer service is always fast and helpful. No complaints so far!

Coinjar no support response or processing

I am a previous user of Coinjar and had great experiences. 2 months ago I was requested to re verify my data, before I can put more funds into Coinjar and buy more cryptos. I did this over 2 months ago and still have not had my verification completed or advised why not. Simply no response support for last 14 days. I hope this review prompts Coinjar to respond and take action and support its customers, Ref no 206721. In Aus

So easy to use

So easy to use, very quick to transfer cash and buy and sell. I really like how it takes a while to make an initial deposit but after that, deposits are almost instantaneous.
