Poor service and poor transparency

Deposited money from my bank account into CoinJar and it never appeared. Tried to contact support at CoinJar with no response to date. Fees are are not properly detailed in any transaction and appear high. Would not recommended this site to anyone. Worried about transferring into cash what I have left in Bitcoin in CoinJar into my bank account.

Withdraw from Coinjar to bank account not reflected

I am a proud and happy Coinjar customer (customer number 1448769) as for the most part the experience has been excellent. However, I transferred some AUD dollars from my Coinjar account to my verified bank account and after SIX DAYS they money is still not in my bank account. I would like to do more transfers in the near future but now I wonder if my money is safe in Coinjar and if I can relay on Coinjar to transfer money to my bank account. OK when it works

I've been a customer of coinjar for a few years, and for the most part the experience has been fine. However, beware if anything goes wrong. I withdrew money from my account one time and it never arrived in my bank. They don't respond to support requests or emails when something goes wrong. So buyer beware. Response to support requests is very poor.

I've had an account with Coinjar for several years. They were the 1st exchange I ever used and up until recently, have had no issue with their service or support. I've recently had a verification issue occur and have contacted Coinjar Support via their website. BTC deposit still pending after 8 days

Unfortunately I've had to resort to leaving a review here as I've had a BTC transfer (from my hard wallet to Coinjar) sitting as 'pending' for 8 days and my support tickets have gone unanswered. My transaction got the necessary confirmations within minutes of my transfer, yet CoinJar have not credited it to my account in 8 days. Am surprised to see all the negative reviews. Have used coinjar for years and found their support, platform and innovation (the free swipe card) to be among the best crypo platforms. Would recommend.

I have transferred a large sum of money into my coin jar account 4 weeks ago, I cannot get in contact with the Australian customer support team, it has been urgent that I access my funds however due to changing my mobile number the 2FA is not allowing me access to my account, I have sent through the selfie with I’d check 2 weeks ago and have yet to have had more follow up from support... Delayed deposit to CoinJar with no reply

I tested CoinJar with a £1 deposit and it went through instantly. I then transferred a large sum and this is day 4 and funds still not showing in my CoinJar account. My bank confirmed the money left my account. Sent 1 support request, 2 emails and tried calling the Australian contact number (won’t accept my customer number when I enter) and no reply as of yet.
