Withdrawal still not received in account after 5 days

I have been a happy long time user of Coinjar. Over the past few weeks I have made some small withdrawals from Coinjar to my verified bank account with no issues which would usually arrive within the day or the next day. However my latest withdrawal on Sun 21/4 for a much larger amount has still not arrived in my account after 5 days. Situation still not sorted 3 weeks on. Endless customer support tickets put in. I would not recommend this platform. They cost you money. I could have sold bitcoin at a high price but because they still haven't sorted linking bank accounts and my customer verification I now have to sell at a lower price. Totally unimpressed.

Service request #216656. Ether Has not arrived.. NOT Sent!! Same problems as person below.. I sent 3 Ether (ALLOT OF MONEY FOR ME) to another exchange. Ether address confirmed 4 times. I've sent a support ticket 2 days ago regarding sending ETH from coinjar to an external wallet (#216091). Till now still no reply. The transaction says "completed" on coinjar, but no transactions were broadcasted to the blockchain on Ethscan when the address of the destination wallet or coinjar contract wallet was queried. Withdrawal failure

In the past I have had no problems using coin jar but 11 days ago I made a withdrawal in to my verified bank account and the funds still hasn’t shown up . I’ve emailed and sent request form ( Id#215386) with no responses. This is by far the worst customer service ever…

This is by far the worst customer service of any crypto exchange platform I have ever experienced. Absolute appauling behaviour. I am unable to transfer neither cash nor crypto currencies back to my bank account resp. hardware wallet although I have no "Reserved Balance" left, with other words my portfolio should by fully available to me.
