Rattled pensioner!

I have been with CoinJar for a few years now and generally have been happy with the service and ease of use within the platform-I am one v many pensioners who prefer to use a desk top PC. Coinjar has been fine until....

Coinjar has been fine until I changed my phone number and requested the 2FA to be removed by support so as to access my account. I opened a ticket 14 days ago and still no reply. The support is woeful. I just reopened a second ticket, lets see if anyone is awake this time.

Just like the last review

Just like the last review, signed up on 23rd Feb and went through verification. Now its 2nd March and still at 40%. unable to purchase. Contacted customer service but no answer. Update 10/03 Reply below has had no effect and am still waiting to be verified. Feel reply from counjar is just a automated response with no action. 16/03 No its not. Do not reply to my comments without taking an ounce of action to resolve issue.

Signed up to coinjar on 23rd February, needed to verify Id, fine said it would take 24 - 48 hours. 2nd March now, still not verified, contacted customer support, nothing! so cannot buy anything, waste of time, will go elsewhere. Pointless!

I purchased BTC this morning on Coin…

I purchased BTC this morning on Coin jar, then transferred it to my blockchain wallet. This was around 12pm today. I checked the address several times to make sure it is correct and sent the funds. The BTC has still not arrived to the wallet and I can not find the transfer on blockchain explorer, yet the Coinjar website shows that the funds have been sent. I sent a support message but no response. What is going on?

Three days with no support response for very significant withdrawal amount

I have had excellent experience in the past with Coinjar. I’ve been using them since 2014. I believe the latest problem is a massive influx in customers however I have a very large sum of money which is stuck somewhere between being withdrawn and the bank for going on three days now.
