Unable to get my business account open…

Unable to get my business account open after nearly 3 weeks. First support ticket was answered within a reasonable time, then nothing after my next several tickets. You are unable to add to the information form after initially entering information. My form is partially complete but am unable to get into the form again complete it. Tried calling both the 03 8518 4868 number and informed that it doesn't exist. Tried the 1300 number and no answer unless you get an invite to call-terrible ...

I deposited 55,000 pounds over 11 days…

I deposited 55,000 pounds over 11 days ago now. Hardly any communication after providing everything that was requested and they keep say it will deposit tomrow it will deposit tomrow. Can’t get through to anybody on the phones. Nobody is actually helping. Use this app with extreme caution. Right now I am just hoping I can at least get my money back. when the customer service is this bad you literally loose sleep as you have no idea what is happening with your money.

Been waiting for 6 weeks…

My account has been pending for 6 weeks and despite support requests, I’ve not heard a thing! Terrible customer service!

Registration with Coinjar

I have tried to register with Coinjar without success, and they are not keeping me informed of progress. They say registration takes 48 hours which is not what I am experiencing.

AVOID! All the same problems as the reviews below, they don’t respond and when they do they don’t help. Do not use!

Still not verified after 4+ weeks (UPDATED)

Eager to trade with them, but STILL NOT VERIFIED AFTER 4+ WEEKS. I understand they're busy, but they would've expected this from over 3 months ago. UPDATE: After posting this initial review, Coinjar got in touch and verified my account. Fair play to the quick service after posting here.

Updated review. The support team provided me with an update eventually. I was happy that they have finally contacted me. The only thing was the reason for the delay did not make sense. It was noted that the second payment was seen to have been made through a 3rd party and they do not accept these type of payments. This was peculiar to me as my 1st payment was made the same way my second payment was made and this was cleared in 2 day. I have had a pending deposit into my coinjar account ...
